Facebook makes me laugh.
Don’t get me wrong… I love it, just like a gazillion other people. But I can’t help but laugh at some of the things out there to “Like”. I’m all for liking most things, artists, stores, sports teams and public figures. But seriously… 1095918 people like Water. Seriously. Water. While only 100343 like Oxygen (split over two separate fan pages, mind you). Come on now. Try to survive a week without oxygen… and you can’t even have water without oxygen. I’m not even going to see if people like “hydrogen”. Ugh, well now I have to, right? Alright, if I add up the MULTIPLE fan pages the first element has… we’re around 700. Poor hydrogen.
But I don’t get these generic fan pages. Televisions, Movies, Cell Phones… 7 people even love stink bugs.
Oh and water? It’s up to 1095919 likes… what? I DO like water.
